Job summary

FU XIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to oversee daily activities on site, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, safety standards and schedules.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, read drawings, monitor progress, and maintain records to help meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site operations and project coordination.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant construction/project management software.
• Experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on construction sites and coordinate with various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and follow up on site inspections, submissions and technical matters.
• Ensure construction works comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and other project documentation.
• Monitor work progress and assist in meeting project deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise and guide site personnel and workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently.
• Work days: Mon to Sat.
