Job summary

WEIDA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive site supervisor to assist the project engineer with daily on-site operations.

The role involves supervising sub-contractors, ensuring quality of materials and workmanship to meet schedules, and leading a team of inspectors to manage incoming, in-process and finished goods. You will assist coordinating structural and architectural works on site, monitor coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, uphold safety and safe work procedures, and

Qualifications

Must communicate effectively in Chinese (speaking and writing).
No prior experience required; training provided.
Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site.
Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule.
Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.
Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site.
Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work.
Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
