Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and report to project managers or senior engineers.
• Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
• Assign tasks and ensure safety regulations and work procedures are followed.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to minimize hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Address quality issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment on site.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials and tools.
• Resolve on-site issues, such as delays, resource shortages, or design conflicts.
• Communicate and collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, delays, incidents, and site conditions.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports for upper management.
