Job summary

SIN DA CHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor in Singapore to support the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution and to oversee subcontractors and in-house workers.

You will coordinate with site operations to meet the project schedule and ensure installations conform to drawings. The role emphasizes monitoring progress and workmanship quality, attending toolbox meetings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Experience with structural steel is advantageous.
• Proactive, self-motivated and good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution of work.
• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Coordinate with site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation follows construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work by workers.
• Maintain workmanship to acceptable standards.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope.
