• Supervise and manage daily activities on the construction site
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans/specs
• Coordinate tasks among workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators
• Inspect work progress, materials, and equipment for quality control
• Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and site workers
• Solve on-site issues and report delays or challenges promptly
• Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and site conditions
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Train and guide crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards
