Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters.
• Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company procedures.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical or construction issues.
• Resolve site problems and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and promote a safe working environment.
