Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Able to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
• Formal education.
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor the work on site.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors onsite work and resolve site issues.
• Report to project manager on project updates.
• Planning and order material.
• Prepare inspection form and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO.
• Quality check and control for finished works.
• Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time.
• Plan and control site works.
• Any other related duties assign by superior from time to time.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Manage all workers on site, ensuring proper execution of project operations.
• Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team.
