Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Site Clerk cum Public Relations Officer (HDB BTO) near Mattar MRT. The role supports site operations, project administration and liaison with residents, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include document control, administrative tasks, attendance and payroll support, and coordinating with HQ to ensure timely documentation and professional site representation throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in administration within the construction industry.
• Experience in construction administration and/or public relations.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: Maintain and update all site records, including inspection forms, drawings, site submissions, and related documents.
• Administrative Support: Assist the project team in preparing minutes of meetings and tracking submission statuses.
• Material & Equipment Records: Maintain records of materials delivered, used, and stored on site; log equipment and tools.
• Timekeeping & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance and overtime records for site workers; submit timesheets for payroll.
• Coordination with HQ: Act as the main liaison with Head Office on site administrative matters; follow up on documentation.
• Community & Resident Liaison: Serve as first contact for school and residents' queries, complaints, and feedback; respond timely.
• Notice Issuance & Communication: Prepare resident notices and organise dialogue sessions and feedback channels.
• Customer Service & Complaint Handling: Attend to residents' feedback and complaints; arrange inspections; document and follow up on resolutions.
• Public Image & Clean Site Representation: Aid initiatives to foster good neighbour relations and maintain a presentable site.
