Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Site Clerk cum Public Relations Officer for a Singapore-based construction project. The role combines site administration with community liaison, handling enquiries, notices, and daily operations to support project teams.

You will maintain project documents, coordinate with residents and schools, and ensure timely follow-up on feedback. O level or higher with at least 2 years in construction administration is required; salary SGD 3,200 monthly,

Qualifications

• O level or above
• Minimum 2 years administration in construction

Responsibilities

• Manage site administration, documents, drawings, inspection records.
• Provide admin support during meetings, track submissions, handle calls.
• Maintain records of materials, equipment, attendance and overtime.
• Act as main contact for residents, schools and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute notices, organise dialogue sessions and site inspections.
• Handle feedback and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
