RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Clerk cum Public Relations Officer for HDB BTO projects near Mattar MRT.

The role involves documenting site records, coordinating with residents, authorities, consultants and subcontractors, and supporting everyday site administration. You will manage timekeeping, liaise with HQ, handle notices and resident feedback, and help maintain a clean, professional site.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of administration experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in construction administration and/or public relations.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Document control: Maintain and update site records and file correspondence with authorities, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Administrative support: Prepare minutes of meetings and track submission statuses.
• Material & equipment records: Maintain logs for materials delivered, used, and stored on site; track tools and equipment.
• Timekeeping & attendance: Monitor daily attendance and overtime; submit timesheets for payroll as needed.
• Coordination with HQ: Liaise with Head Office on site administrative matters and follow up on documentation.
• Community & resident liaison: Be the first contact for school and residents’ queries, feedback, and complaints.
• Notice issuance & communication: Prepare and distribute notices; organise dialogues and visits as required.
• Customer service & complaint handling: Address resident feedback, arrange site inspections, and log issues.
• Public image & clean site representation: Assist in maintaining a professional, safe, and presentable site.
