Job summary

Polytec invites applications for a Sales & Application Engineer position based in Singapore. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on driving sales growth while delivering technical application support to customers in the region.

You will engage customers with demonstrations, prepare proposals, and coordinate with HQ and regional teams to ensure target achievement. Travel and regional collaboration are involved.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills required to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore, Southeast Asia, ANZ and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, order intake, and profitability targets for the product portfolio.
• Drive market development for Laser Doppler Vibrometers and optical surface metrology systems.
• Identify new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Develop and expand sales channels including distributors and partners.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and demonstrations.
