Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a results-driven sales engineer to drive sales and growth in metrology, measurement systems and Optical Profilers in Singapore, with regional travel.

You will identify new markets, manage distributors, conduct product demos, define pricing, and collaborate with HQ on regional planning to meet sales targets. Fluent English required; travel across SEA, ANZ, and the Middle East will be needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Optical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of engineering sales experience, ideally in vibration or optical measurement technologies.
Fluent in English and willing to travel across SEA, ANZ, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and business growth for metrology, measurement systems, and Optical Profilers.
Identify new markets and develop strong customer relationships.
Manage and support distributors/resellers to achieve regional sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and participate in exhibitions.
Define pricing strategies, prepare quotations, and monitor market trends.
Collaborate with HQ on project updates, reporting, and regional business planning.
