Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in IT consulting, technical delivery, or account management.
• Singapore Public Sector cloud delivery with GCC/IM8 familiarity.
• Senior technical ownership of escalations and delivery issues.
• Dual PS & MS delivery across multi-cloud (AWS, GCP).
• Financial and operational acumen: P&L, engagement margins, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the senior technical relationship with government agency stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Own executive escalation resolution and ensure timely, diplomatic outcomes.
• Ensure governance, security, and public sector compliance (GCC, IM8).
• Oversee PS project delivery and MS service operations for multi-cloud accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Owners to identify expansion opportunities and translate requirements into delivery models.
• Manage billable utilization and drive gross margin improvements.
• Safeguard contract scope, SLAs, and compliance across engagements.
