Ollion is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Singapore Public Sector to provide executive delivery leadership and end-to-end ownership across complex government engagements. You’ll bridge Professional Services projects with Managed Services operations, fostering strong technical relationships and ensuring governance and compliance.

You will drive billable utilization, maintain margins, and guide multi-cloud delivery, while partnering with Account Owners to grow opportunities.

Qualificações

6–9+ years of IT consulting, technical delivery, or account management.
Experience delivering cloud services to Singapore Government ministries, statutory boards, or public sector agencies.
Senior technical and escalation ownership in multi-cloud environments.
Dual PS & MS delivery mastery across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Financial and operational acumen: P&L, engagement margins, forecasting, and contracts execution.

Responsabilidades

Own senior technical relationships with government agency stakeholders and IT leadership.
Lead executive escalation resolution across complex engagements.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Public Sector standards and statutory security policies.
Oversee end-to-end delivery for PS projects and MS service operations.
Collaborate with Account Owners to identify expansion opportunities and scalable delivery models.
Manage contractual scope, SLAs, and prevent scope creep across multi‑agency engagements.
