Open Government Products (OGP) is seeking a Senior Public Engagement Officer with a strong background in media relations and executive communications to strengthen how we tell OGP’s organisational and product stories in Singapore. You will lead media relations, develop executive communications, and advise on reputational issues while collaborating with government partners and product teams.

You will shape public engagement initiatives, identify opportunities for coverage, and help leaders

Competenze

Has at least 5 years of experience in public engagement, communications or PR, with a strong track record in media relations and experience in executive communications.
A good understanding of Singapore's media landscape is essential.
Excellent writer and communicator across media statements, speeches, website content, social media and other public-facing materials.

Mansioni

Lead media relations and PR, build relationships with journalists and government communications partners, and coordinate with PE teammates on media engagements.
Manage reputational issues and crisis communications; advise on responses and strengthen crisis readiness.
Lead executive communications and external engagements, shaping leadership narratives and talking points.
Develop and deliver public engagement initiatives to raise awareness of OGP and its products.
Advise on communications strategies, helping teams anticipate public perceptions and communicate complex problems clearly.
