Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or public sector.
• Strong business development and sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Singapore public sector.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close large public sector opportunities across Singapore government agencies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and act as strategic advisor on transformation priorities.
• Own account strategy and engagement planning to drive new opportunities and long-term client value.
• Provide executive oversight of key programmes and ensure alignment with client outcomes.
