Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites an enthusiastic Project Management Intern to join the EPOS Rewards team and support onboarding of SME merchants on WhatsApp-integrated loyalty platform.

This role is based at the Singapore office with no work-from-home option, and open to Singaporean citizens and PRs. The intern will assist in merchant onboarding, configure loyalty settings, support campaigns, and help collate performance insights while collaborating with product and operations teams to

Qualifications

• Credit-bearing internship available for undergraduate and Master's degree students.
• MBA students or outstanding final-year Bachelor's students strongly preferred for commercial track; technical track also welcome.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 3 years' prior work experience preferred.
• Leadership track record in extracurricular activities or prior work experience.
• Familiarity withExcel/Sheets, PowerPoint, CRM/loyalty or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchant onboarding & solution delivery: onboard SME merchants, configure loyalty settings, coordinate with internal teams for go-lives.
• Campaign operations & merchant success: plan/execute WhatsApp campaigns, monitor metrics, prepare ROI reports, drive retention.
• Product & market collaboration: gather merchant feedback, perform competitive benchmarking, document feature requirements.
• Operations & process improvement: build SOPs/training materials, support data processing and admin tasks.
