Job summary

EPOS is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the EPOS Rewards team in Singapore. You will assist with onboarding SME merchants onto our WhatsApp-integrated loyalty platform and support marketing campaigns.

This role offers exposure to design of assets, CRM market research, campaign execution, merchant success, product feedback, and helping coordinate go-lives with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets and conduct CRM market research to support Rewards implementations and campaign execution.
• Support campaigns and design requirements for EPOS Rewards merchants during peak seasons.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click rates, redemption rates) and share actionable insights with merchants.
• Prepare simple performance reports to demonstrate ROI to merchant clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve merchant issues to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in product management tasks, including testing for feature release and user research.
• Support EPOS Rewards merchants in technical support, liaising with internal stakeholders to solve issues.
• Own end-to-end onboarding of SME merchants onto EPOS Rewards; configure loyalty settings and coordinate go-lives.
• Gather and synthesize merchant feedback to surface product improvement opportunities to the technical team.
• Build SOPs, onboarding guides, and training materials for merchants and internal teams.
