Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the EPOS Rewards team in Singapore. You will support onboarding and success of SME merchants on our WhatsApp-integrated loyalty platform, and assist with marketing campaigns and product-related tasks.

You will gain exposure to campaign operations, merchant success, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to design assets, market research, and documentation for smooth go-lives.

Responsibilities

Design creative assets and conduct CRM market research to aid Rewards implementations.
Support marketing campaigns and design requirements for EPOS Rewards merchants during peak retail seasons.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and share insights with merchants.
Prepare simple reports to demonstrate ROI to merchant clients.
Provide technical and product-support to merchants and liaise with internal teams.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding of SME merchants onto EPOS Rewards and configure loyalty settings.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure timely go-lives and smooth delivery.
Document new feature requirements and validate changes with merchants.
Build SOPs, onboarding guides, and training materials for merchants and internal teams.
Assist with translation for onboarding and campaign execution, and support general admin tasks.
