Job summary

Dentsu Soken Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Managing Director to drive Singapore operations, shape the IT business strategy, and lead cross‑functional teams across client relations, services, and projects.

You will report to the Japan headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while developing new business opportunities and managing budgets. Fluency in Japanese and English is required to engage with Japanese clients and diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT management, business development or technology consulting.
• Senior leadership experience in a large, multisite organization.
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher).
• Business English proficiency required.
• Experience working with Japanese companies or Japan headquarters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies for the Singapore IT business.
• Lead and manage the Singapore office and IT-related operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese and Singapore-based clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's IT services.
• Oversee IT projects, service delivery, budgets, and operational performance.
• Manage and develop local and Japanese staff.
• Coordinate with Japan headquarters on business planning, reporting, and group initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at meetings with clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
