• Minimum tertiary qualification from a recognised institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Singapore Hub Operations Control Centre (SIOC) to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, safety performance, and effective command and control during routine operations, crises, and major disruptions.
• Manage operating costs to keep OPEX within budget and drive cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture through regular engagement with frontline operational staff.
• Drive awareness and compliance with safety standards by sharing lessons from incidents and industry best practices.
• Foster a proactive safety mindset across all operational teams.
• Coordinate Singapore Hub-wide responses to crises, emergencies and major disruptions.
• Provide real-time situational leadership, stakeholder alignment, and decisive decisions to minimize impact.
• Strengthen command and control through collaboration with Business Units Control Centres and stakeholders.
• Continuously review and optimize processes, procedures, and structures for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Refine communication protocols and workflows across units to improve responsiveness.
• Leverage technology to transform SIOC into a next-generation C3i operations centre.
