Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a leader to run the Singapore Hub Operations Control Centre (SIOC), driving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction during routine operations, crises and major disruptions.

You will manage budgets, push process improvements, and coordinate with multiple Business Units to deliver real-time control, decisive decision-making, and resilient performance across the hub.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification from a recognised institution.
• 5–7 years of relevant airport/operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of ground handling operations and industry practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Singapore Hub Operations Control Centre (SIOC) for excellence.
• Ensure OPEX stays within budget through cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture with frontline staff.
• Coordinate crises, emergencies and disruptions across hub.
• Provide real-time situational leadership and decisive decisions.
• Collaborate with other control centres and stakeholders to strengthen C3i capabilities.
