Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Flight Controller to monitor and coordinate real-time ground handling for SG Hub operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks assigned by SIOC to the ground operations team.

You will support the Duty Flight Controller and Duty Terminal Manager to maintain service excellence across all flight-handling phases, using the DSM Live dashboard and other data systems for situational awareness and proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

Diploma in any discipline from a recognised institution.
Strong situational awareness, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in operations monitoring tools and data systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor flight movements and turnaround progress through the SIOC flight data systems.
Proactively coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time performance and service delivery.
Identify and provide timely intervention to ground operational disruptions, escalating as needed.
Update flight status and operational data in the central flight monitoring dashboard for situational awareness.
Collaborate with SATS Ops BUs to ensure smooth task execution and disruptions handling.
