Job summary

KLENCO (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an HR Operations for Singapore to oversee day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration and employee welfare. You will work closely with hiring managers to translate manpower needs into effective recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, screening, interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and draft job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory CPF/MOM requirements.
• Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records.
