Job summary

The role involves maintaining HR data, processing work passes for foreign workers, coordinating training and company events, and providing clerical support to the HR Manager while ensuring timely, accurate HR services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word to manage HR data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR department operations to support efficient workflow and compliance
• Manage recruitment tasks including posting job ads, phone screenings, and interview scheduling
• Facilitate onboarding by conducting new hire orientation and preparing documentation
• Maintain and update the HR database to ensure data accuracy
• Support offboarding with exit interviews and clearance procedures
• Process applications and renewals of work passes for foreign workers
• Provide clerical support to the HR Manager and support HR initiatives
• Coordinate training sessions for new employees
• Plan and organize company events to foster engagement
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and regulations
• Stay updated on local HR regulations to ensure compliance
• Process payroll data and timesheets accurately
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
