Lenskart seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations in Singapore and support SEA. You will own onboarding, contracts, and lifecycle management while ensuring payroll accuracy and strict compliance with Singapore regulations.

This role reports to the Human Resources department and includes mentorship of one HR Operations Executive. Singapore Citizens only, with 5+ years in HR Operations and a proven track record in MOM/CPF/IRAS portals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience in Singapore.
• Strong expertise in Singapore employment laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling government portals (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
• Payroll ownership with end-to-end processing.
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding, contracts, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and audit-ready employee records.
• Standardize and improve HR operational processes.
• Manage end-to-end EP, S Pass, and Dependants’ Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory submissions, CPF contributions, tax filings and reconciliations.
• Partner with business leaders, finance, and regional HR teams; mentor one HR Operations Executive.
