Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• 5 years of end-to-end HR operations and process improvement experience.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills and data entry.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Singapore across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Handle HR operational queries from employees and managers.
• Support HR data governance, reporting, and HR ticketing system administration.
• Ensure processes comply with Singapore employment requirements and policies.
• Prepare and analyse HR data, reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve HR system issues.
• Support HR projects relevant to Singapore operations.
