Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will manage day-to-day HR activities, data accuracy, and respond to employee queries within Singapore regulations.

You will also administer SAP SuccessFactors, generate HR reports and dashboards, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience for the local team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource or Business-related field.
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations and process improvement.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Meticulous and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for Singapore, covering the employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee movements and HR administration through to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and timely employee records and transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Time Off, Timesheet, Recruitment and other relevant modules.
• Handle HR operational queries from Singapore employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support.
• Support HR data governance, reporting, analytics and administration of the HR Ticketing system.
• Ensure Singapore HR operational processes and employee records are administered in accordance with company policies, internal controls and applicable Singapore employment requirements.
• Prepare and analyse HR data, reports and dashboards to support business and management requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Singapore HR operational processes, including opportunities for system enhancement and automation.
• Work with internal stakeholders, IT and external vendors to resolve system and operational issues affecting Singapore HR operations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives relevant to Singapore operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

This role will be a member of Singapore HR Team, with primary responsibility for supporting end-to-end HR operations for Singapore across the employee lifecycle.

The role will manage day-to-day HR operational activities, employee data administration and employee enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment requirements. The role will also support SAP SuccessFactors administration, HR reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
