Job summary

IDEAL-CAREERBRIDGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Operations and Growth leader to oversee Singapore market activities, optimize end-to-end processes, and drive client engagement and growth.

The role partners with product, tech, and compliance to scale systems while ensuring regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial or fintech operations, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, marketing, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in financial or fintech industry, with at least 3 years in operations, growth, or client engagement within online securities, digital wealth management platforms, or large financial institution internet business divisions.
• Demonstrated experience in platform building, scaling growth, or system upgrade from concept to execution.
• Familiar with business operational models, client journeys, and growth methodologies of online securities or digital wealth platforms.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Chinese proficiency is necessary for serving Chinese-speaking client segments and cross-border collaboration with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Singapore market operations and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to upgrade systems and tools.
• Design and optimize the client journey and engagement strategies for Singapore clients.
• Establish client segmentation and service standards to improve activity and retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into operational improvements.
