Job summary

Telnyx Singapore seeks a customer-facing engineer to join an Enterprise Sales Pod with one AE and one Forward Deployed Engineer. You’ll embed with enterprise customers to architect production solutions on Telnyx's global network, focusing on voice, messaging, AI, and wireless deployments.

You’ll own technical discovery, architecture, POC, and production go-live, working closely with a commercial partner to close deals and drive real outcomes for customers in Singapore and across SEA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software with on-call experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willing to travel across Southeast Asia and hybrid role in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration challenges.
• Build and deploy custom implementations and POC for customer workloads.
• Own technical discovery, architecture design, and production go-live.
