Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Singapore-based Principal Site Selection Manager to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of data center opportunities across targeted metros and regions. You will partner with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Data Hall Design, Construction, Delivery, Legal, Security, Networking, Compliance, and Operations teams throughout each project and transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site selection for industrial-scale projects.
• Knowledge of the data center industry and market dynamics.
• Understanding of land acquisition, real estate development, utility agreements, and permitting.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations to successful completion.
• Autonomous worker with strong collaboration across functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and due diligence capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop metro strategies and originate opportunities that meet business requirements.
• Partner with capacity planners and network specialists to define capacity needs and site requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end deal cycle from initial demand signal through general availability.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating, selecting, negotiating, and recommending lease opportunities for approval.
• Lead commercial negotiations with providers, in partnership with Corporate Procurement, to execute contracts.
• Partner with Finance to conduct total cost of ownership analyses and recommend lease-versus-build strategies.
• Maintain systems of record to ensure data accuracy and executive reporting.
• Provide analytical reporting and support day-to-day team activities.
