Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Singapore-based Principal Site Selection Manager to lead the origination, structuring and execution of data center site opportunities across targeted metros and regions.

This role will partner closely with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Data Hall Design, Construction, Delivery, Legal, Security, Networking, Compliance, and Operations throughout each project and every stage of the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in site selection for industrial-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality metro strategies and originate opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end deal cycle from demand signal through general availability.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions with internal teams, consultants, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating, selecting, negotiating, and recommending lease opportunities for approval.
• Lead commercial negotiations with providers, in partnership with Corporate Procurement.
• Partner with Finance to conduct total cost of ownership analyses and recommend optimal strategies.
• Maintain systems of record for data accuracy and executive reporting.
• Provide analytical reporting and day-to-day support to the team.
