Meta is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join the Data Center Site Development team in Singapore. You will evaluate new data center sites, lead due diligence, and manage regulatory and permitting activities while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive on-time delivery at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate opportunities for new data center sites by conducting market assessments (power, fiber, labor, tax, hazard exposure).
• Lead due diligence and development process to vet prospective sites and assess risks and opportunities across regulatory, energy, and land-use data.
• Develop and maintain site evaluation scorecards and comparative frameworks for data-driven decisions across candidate locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
