Job summary

Oracle Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center construction and network build programs. You will partner with design and construction teams, manage budgets, vendors, risk, and stakeholder communications to deliver on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong PM experience in data centers, cabling knowledge, and leadership across diverse teams, including coordination with Colo and LV partners and internal operations.

Qualifications

• PM certification required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in developing long-term strategies for construction programs.
• Deep understanding of cabling and data center design/operations.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale data center projects.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and mentor project managers.
• Experience managing budgets and resources across programs.
• Strong risk management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating with design, construction, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center programs from definition to delivery.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network builds.
• Coordinate design and construction before contracting.
• Ensure seamless handoffs between design, construction, and operations teams.
• Oversee all project phases to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with overall scope.
• Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors and contractors.
• Develop and manage budgets and control costs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and regular status updates.
• Implement quality assurance processes for construction and operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify schedule, coordination, and quality.
