Alibaba Cloud in Singapore is seeking a senior Site Selection professional to identify locations, evaluate facilities, and lead negotiations with vendors, developers, and government officials to meet ongoing expansion needs.

You will collaborate with networking, procurement, and finance teams to align site strategy with company goals, manage financial modeling, and ensure compliant, efficient build-to-suit or co-location solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, science, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of international site selection or acquisition experience in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in developing strategic agreements, project management and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of build-to-suit, co-location, and hybrid real estate solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify, define, and pursue new site selection projects to meet facility needs and energy procurement goals.
• Lead site evaluation and selection from start to finish with milestones and regular status reports.
• Develop strategic agreements with vendors, landowners and key suppliers for space and utilities.
• Coordinate with capacity planning to map, track, and advance portfolio development.
