• 6+ years in business development or field sales in Singapore.
• Proven track record of creating business from nothing.
• Strong pipeline and risk management capability.
• Established Singapore retail, corporate, hospitality, or partnership networks.

• Build a visible, qualified pipeline with stages, values, probabilities, dates.
• Set and apply a qualification standard to focus on valuable opportunities.
