SharkNinja APAC is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Manager to own the day-to-day ecommerce performance of our distributor across Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. You will ensure plans are data-driven, executable and reflect our brand standards, guiding growth in a fast‑paced market.

Based in Singapore, Thailand or the Philippines, you will lead joint business plans, manage marketplace relationships, optimize ROAS and oversee livestreams and affiliate activities to unlock incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing regional marketplace stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia) in SEA.
• Proven track record running Shopee/Lazada In-App Ads and TikTok Shop Ads with strong ROAS focus.
• Direct experience setting up affiliate commissions, managing creator networks, and livestream operations.
• Strong proficiency in promotional tools, price elasticity, bundle economics and campaign mechanics.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics dashboards and BI metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide the local distributor in Ecommerce across strategy, planning and execution, building a high trust, high performance partnership.
• Own and manage Ecommerce joint business plans: formulate and execute annual and monthly regional ecommerce growth plans across marketplaces and brand.com.
• Build trusted relationships with local marketplace teams and negotiate fee reductions, vouchers, visibility/packages, and program incentives.
• Lead data sharing and reporting (sell-in/sell-out/inventory) and chair regular performance reviews.
• Identify and codify best practices; evaluate agency-led vs in-house models; design pricing and promotions to stay competitive.
• Affiliate Marketing & Creator Networks: build and scale native affiliate channels and creator partnerships.
• Livestream Operations & Strategy: plan, schedule and oversee livestreams to scale SKUs sold per hour.
• Performance Marketing: optimize in-platform and off-platform media for ROAS and quality of execution.
• Ensure ecommerce content reflects brand guidelines across product pages, banners, livestreams and video content.
• Partner with local and regional teams to align commercial and marketing plans and launches.
• Provide local shopper/competitor insights to shape pricing and assortment decisions.
