Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager in Singapore to own defined Shark or Ninja categories end-to-end. You will plan and execute campaigns, content, and creator activity, manage budgets, and drive NPD launches aligned with the brand direction.

You will work hands-on with a small team, building the marketing capability needed for future brand ownership in Singapore.

Qualifications

4+ years in consumer brand marketing, campaign delivery or product marketing in Singapore.
Hands-on execution across content, creators, media and assets.
Genuine Singapore consumer understanding and curiosity about how people actually live and buy.
Strong project discipline with tight timelines and many moving parts.
Commercial awareness: marketing must create demand that converts.

Responsibilities

Own defined category or sub-category end to end with plan, priorities and targets.
Lead content creation, briefs and agency management to deliver launches.
Manage campaign calendars, budgets and reporting for Singapore.
Execute and coordinate NPD launches and retail/online activation.
Track performance and bring learnings back into subsequent campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager to align brand direction and execution.
Develop shopper/retail materials and proofs to drive conversions.
