Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Production Planner in Singapore to plan, schedule and coordinate production through the full cycle. You will base schedules on sales orders, forecasts and capacity, ensuring materials align with timelines.

The role requires 1–3 years in production planning, strong Excel and SAP ERP knowledge, and excellent coordination and communication skills to drive on-time delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP; strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, forecasts, and resources.
• Schedule production batches and adjust schedules for demand, capacity, and lead times.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor WIP and completion, identify bottlenecks, and report production performance.
