Job summary

PerkinElmer Scientific (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and manage production plans aligned with sales orders and forecasts.

You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth execution of schedules. The role requires 1–3 years in production planning or manufacturing operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires diploma or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; basic SAP/MRP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, forecasts, and resources.
• Schedule production batches by priorities, capacity, and lead time.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to ensure material availability and avoid shortages.
• Track WIP and adjust plans to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Input data into SAP ERP and generate production/status reports.
