Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Production Planner in Singapore to coordinate production schedules, manage material planning, and support delivery targets. You will handle SAP-based production orders, BOMs, routings, MES administration, and reporting with Excel.

The role requires a Higher NITEC or equivalent, with training available for applicants without experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Candidate without experience may apply as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, production planning, material planning, or MES will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for production and traceability records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales requirements and support the division in meeting delivery targets.
• Prepare and manage production schedules according to sales delivery requirements.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate purchases to support production schedules.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for direct production materials.
• Allocate explosive lots for production activities.
• Create and maintain production orders in SAP for production tracking.
• Monitor production output, material availability, and production progress.
• Maintain proper production traceability records when required.
• Maintain BOMs and routings in SAP.
• Create and maintain SAP Material Master data, including materials, routings, and work centres.
• Administer and support the MES system.
• Monitor production and material status and highlight potential delays or shortages.
• Prepare relevant production and planning reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/Senior
