• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Operations Management or similar discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience in supply chain and production planning in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• MRP-SAP PP module planning experience, master production schedules, rough cut capacity plans, and resource plans.
• Strong Excel and report development skills.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently; teamwork-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production planning to support customer orders and safety stock.
• Maximize capacity utilization to achieve production output and material availability.
• Collaborate with customers, supply chain, and manufacturing on order execution within/outside standard lead times for Make-to-Order items.
• Prioritize and communicate between Supply Chain and Commercial teams; track actions to completion.
• Identify excess/expired/at-risk inventory with commercial and operations.
• Analyze capacity constraints and support engineering projects and material impact.
• Ensure timely clearance of MRB materials to minimize write-offs.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and reports; ensure data accuracy.
