Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore seeks a Regional Director, Business Development, APAC to drive growth across air and ocean freight and related services. You will lead regional opportunities, build key client relationships and coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.

Based in Singapore, you will develop tailored logistics solutions for multinational clients, manage complex opportunities and guide regional strategy with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply-chain or international trade preferred.
• 10–12 years in commercial or business-development in freight/logistics sectors.
• 5+ years managing complex regional or multinational opportunities.
• Proven ability to negotiate and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing business across multiple APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across APAC.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing.
• Develop tailored freight-forwarding and logistics solutions meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate cross-border opportunities across Crane offices and teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide regular forecast updates.
• Ensure handover of secured business to operations and account management.
