• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and adheres to customer/vendor requirements.
• Oversees safety training and compliance, and reduces accidents or injuries.
• Develops staff through training, performance management, coaching and career development.
• Supports capacity optimization and monitors manufacturing processes with key metrics.
