• Schedules and conducts milestone meetings and drives cycle-time improvements.
• Responds to operations issues to maintain customer satisfaction and conformance to requirements.
• Implements safety policies, trains staff, and ensures compliance with EH&S standards.
• Develops personnel through training, performance management, and coaching.
• Oversees hiring, rewards and discipline processes within the department.
