Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a fixed permanent 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Standing for extended periods and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to supervise and coach team members to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in production/operation functions related to capital equipment assembly, testing, and subassemblies.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, and materials.
• Participates in operational meetings and tracks performance metrics.
• Schedules milestone meetings and drives cycle time improvements.
• Ensures safety training and compliance across the department.
• Leads staff development, coaching, and performance management.
