Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in production and/or operation functions related to manufacturing of capital equipment and subsystems.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials.
• Participates in operational meetings.
• Supports development and tracking of organization performance metrics.
• Schedules and conducts milestone meetings.
• Responsible for meeting or improving cycle time performance and other metrics.
• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction; interfaces to ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements; analyzes cost of quality opportunities and initiates corrective actions.
• Oversees safety training and ensures department employees receive proper Environmental, Health and Safety training.
