Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead teams across assembly, inspection, test and final assembly of capital equipment, driving on-time delivery and quality.

You will prioritize schedules, manage performance metrics, and coach staff, while ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety standards. This full-time role follows CMP Shift 2, 4pm to 1:30am, and requires a proactive, hands-on leader ready to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Safety and Quality principles.
• Ability to develop and coach staff to daily deadlines.
• Familiarity with production metrics and cost of quality concepts.
• Comfort working in a CMP shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees involved in assembly, inspection, test and final assembly.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower and materials.
• Participates in operational meetings and tracks performance metrics.
• Schedules milestone meetings and ensures on-time delivery.
• Implements corrective actions to meet customer/vendor requirements.
• Ensures safety training and compliance across the department.
