Hidden Gems Talent is partnering with a fast-growing tech-enabled F&B solutions company in Singapore. We are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to grow and strengthen an existing corporate client portfolio while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will own a portfolio of B2B accounts, drive revenue growth, manage renewals, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. This role requires building relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinating internally

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B account management or similar commercial role.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and coordinating multiple internal/external parties.
• Comfort with pricing, objections, procurement, and negotiation.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a portfolio of assigned B2B accounts, driving expansion, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across senior leadership, operations, finance and procurement.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from discovery to trials, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
