Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight, preferably in Freight Forwarding.
• Proficiency in Cargowise 1 for freight management.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, independent work approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airline bookings and manage related procedures to ensure timely shipments
• Oversee daily shipment orders and track progress to maintain export schedules
• Prepare and manage full sets of export documents to comply with regulations
• Communicate with destination offices and agents to provide shipment pre-alerts
• Issue accurate invoices to customers and agents for services rendered
• Print House Air Waybills (HAWB), manifests, and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) for airline submissions
• Prepare billing for local deliveries and verify vendor invoices for accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries and quotations, manage agent correspondences, and provide effective solutions to issues
